First of all, I am so sorry that we dissatisfied you for the sample order. We always want to serve each customer with nice products and great services. As an experienced supplier we are always looking for stable and beneficial business relationship based on fairness to win win. I do admit that we failed to meet your requirements regarding to the thickness due to miscommunication, but as for the hardness each one has a different standard. The hardness we applied is widely accepted by other customers while you think its not ok for you. So, we agreed to make another sample to change to the hardness and thickness you want free of charge. And we did so, but when I was about to send the second sample, you told me you had already found another supplier to work with. So, there is no point to send out the second sample. We only charged you 80 usd for the sample( 50 for the belts, 30 for shipping. )And we made two custom samples. It's a pity we cant be partners, wish you all the best !
